Michelin-starred chef Mitsunobu Nagae of L’abielle welcomes acclaimed chef Jimmy Ophorst of PRU to his Tribeca restaurant for an exclusive two-night dinner, bringing the best of Phuket to New York City this October. PRU is the only Michelin starred restaurant in Phuket, and was also recognized for its sustainability efforts with a Michelin green star, known for its “community-to-fork” dining experience. Combining the seafood and Thai flavors that PRU is known for with the French and Japanese inspired dishes from chef Mitsu. The series will take place on Tuesday, October 1st and Wednesday, October 2nd, welcome diners to have the best of Thailand in the heart of the city.
